September 1 Calendar Entry

Do you live in a northern climate? If so, you may be able to harvest some rose hips now! If not, scout out the woodland areas for developing rose hips. They will be ready to harvest after the first frost!

    I saw rose hips the other day. I can’t wait to make rosehip jam. What else can I make with them?
