The rains have moved into our area. It is that time of year when the seasons are changing. Temperatures are decreasing, as the sun shines his light more directly on another part of the world. Jeans and long sleeve t-shirts are becoming part of our daily lives again. With the cooler air, sometimes congestion and stuffiness sink in leaving us feeling irritable and less motivated. Take the time today, if you are beginning to feel these symptoms to make a New England Aster Steam. Aster flowers in a steam work wonderfully for those times when breathing is followed by a cough or a sneeze. Turn to page 28 for directions. This crafting in the kitchen activity takes two people to complete. Find a friend and let’s get started!
You can get your own copy of this month’s issue of “Breathing Easy Much Faster with New England Aster” right here for only $3.99. After September 30, 2013, the price will go up to $7.99.
