no problem at all jessica. i think the card stock absorbs the moisture and lets it dry naturally.

What a fun idea! Have you had any issues with the taped-over plants getting moldy, esp. the parts w/ high water content? I’ve taken to pasting/clipping samples in place in a book, but if tape works I’d rather do that, since they wouldn’t risk moving around so much. Thanks for the project, and many blessings on your green wanderings.
