April 2012

This month’s issue is all about Apple! It makes sense that Apple is a medicinal herb given the old saying “An Apple a day keeps the doctor away” but most people stop with the fruit and never look to the other valuable parts of the tree. Did you know the flowers, leaves, bark and twigs can all be used for medicine as well? This month we’ll discuss the various parts of the Apple tree and how they can be used for medicine.

We’ll have some fun and make some mandalas, flower essence, infused vinegar and much more!
