One of my top ten favorite herbs, Mugwort has many uses and is very versatile. Mugwort is also the source of moxa, a form of herbal therapy used in acupuncture. Mugwort enhances dreams, aids in digestion, soothes spastic colon, stimulates the circulatory system, and has been found useful in supporting those with epilepsy and seizures. Mugwort is an effective antibacterial as well.
