Have you made the Thyme Dukka yet? Dukka, also referred to as Dukkah or Duqqa, is a blend of nuts, herbs and spices. It is used in Egypt to season food and is often eaten on bread with olive oil.  The recipe is in this month’s issue of Herbal Roots zine.
